Susan has
represented franchised new motor vehicle dealers since 1995. Susan’s representation of motor vehicle
dealerships includes all aspects of the business, including, but not limited to: Asset Purchase Agreements; Licensing (Motor
Vehicle Dealer License and Motor Vehicle Sales Finance License); protests
involving add points, relocations, and terminations; dealer/factory matters
including terminations, allocation, warranty, and rights of first refusal; enforcement
matters before the Motor Vehicle Division and the Office of Consumer Credit
Commissioner; customer relations; and day-to-day operations of the dealership.
In addition to her
representation of motor vehicle dealers, Susan has represented aviation
insurers since 1993 in various matters, including small plane crash litigation,
airport liability matters and agricultural spray cases.
